New Models of Urban Transportation Planning Based on Transport Efficiency

摘要

This paper presents the results of a recently completed study about applying new models in urban transportation planning based on transport efficiency. We began with the transport efficiency which reveals our efforts on the innovation. Then a series of new models were developed based on proposed approach, and a modal split optimization model was explored and was applied to the City of Lan Zhou, Qing Hai province. It is expected that future development of urban transportation optimization models would benefit from the results of this paper.
