Study on ambient temperature ferrous metal phosphating

摘要

This paper describes effect of additives on zinc phosphate coatings at ambient temperature.Especially,some activator systems are tested,and an optimized activator system is fixed.In addition,the results of dip phosphating test on maximum loading indicate that this ambient temperature phosphating ocmposition is steady in process,and the properties of the coatings to produced at ambient temperature is well.
