Industrial Associations' Roles in Ecological Process of Enterprise Clusters

Based on the general understanding of the Eco-Industrial Park（EIP) the industrial associations' role in the ecological process of the enterprises clusters was analyzed from three prospectives covering the link between local government and enterprises, inviting the external enterprises to be settled in the clusters for expanding the production chain as well as the internal bio-development within existing enterprises in the clusters. By reviewing the successful experiences of Paojiang Industrial Zone in Shaoxing of Zhejiang Province, relevant suggestions are put forward for ecological development of enterprises clusters.
