Bed temperature is an important parameter in biomass pyrolysis circulating fluidized bed combustion control system, which is the key to economic operation, but the circulating fluidized bed boiler is a distributed parameter, nonlinear, time-varying, big delay, multiple variables control objects, traditional PID control process responding slowly, has high high-volume overshoot, but it is difficult to reach the desired properties of biomass pyrolysis control systems. Based on the site operator's experience and expert knowledge, the fuzzy self-tuning PID is applied to fluidized bed temperature control, and simulation shows that this method has a good control performance, technological requirements can be fulfillled.
