Based on the data of high-tech industry in China during 1998–2007, the paper calculates the level of specialization, diversity and competition of high-tech industry. From the perspective of industrial added value and patents, the paper establishes the panel data model to analyze the impact of growth and innovation of high-tech industry from its agglomeration effect. The result shows that strong positive MAR and Jocobs spillover effect exist in the agglomeration of high-tech industry, but the competitive level is weak negative related with the growth and innovation of high-tech industry.

机译：本文基于1998-2007年中国高新技术产业的数据，计算出高科技产业的专业化，多样性和竞争水平。从工业增加值和专利的角度，建立面板数据模型，从集聚效应分析高科技产业的增长和创新的影响。结果表明，高新技术产业集聚存在较强的正面MAR和Jocobs溢出效应，而与高新技术产业的成长与创新相关的竞争水平为弱负面效应。
