摘要

This article takes Tower Base Cabinet of wind turbine generator system as an example,and introduces a kind of new method of Pre-Cabling for electric cabinet of wind turbine generator system.Given that Traditional Pre-Cabling has disadvantages such as low workmanship efficiency,long fabrication tooling production cycle,unsatisfactory adaptability and the inability to satisfy the production demand in time during changing in design,we use Elecworks software to draw the schematic diagram of cabinet combined with solidworks software,as well as to draw modeling of all the components in the electric cabinet and its layout of Cabinet to complete the three-dimensional Pre-Cabling of cabinet,it can not only further optimize the workmanship of Pre-Cabling,but also more adaptable to the mass and varied production demand of WT1650 wind turbine generator system.
