摘要

MPC30-DEA70/c-myc AS-ODN complexes were formed at different N/P ratios and transferred into HeLa cells. The complexes were studied using gel electrophoresis, fluorescent microscopy, FCM, and MTT assay. It was shown that the novel cationic phosphorylcholine copolymer MPC30-DEA70 could load and transport human c-myc antisense oligonucleotides. The transfection efficiency of the complexes and cell growth inhibition were significantly enhanced with increasing of N/P ratios.
