Advancement in Oil Analysis Alarm Systems

摘要

This paper has provided an introduction to oil analysis trend alarming and how a user can apply this technology to help better assess equipment and lubricant condition. In addition, we focused on some key elements that make trend alarming more valuable. These elements include consistent and proper sample techniques, as well as advanced trend alarming logic to ensure the results have meaning and provide appropriate triggers to take corrective maintenance action. Having an oil analysis program with trend alarm capability can enhance the end user's equipment reliability.
