摘要

A novel method is presented for the preparation of AC-PDP (plasma display panel) electrode. This method makes use of electroless plating method, which is Cu/Ni electroless plating on a ZnO thin film on a smooth glass substrate. A fine pattern of the electrode could be obtained with highly black metallic underside and relatively high adhesive strength, which makes it possible to use this method to fabricate AC-PDP at lower cost.
