Diffusive Layer for Reflective Type LCDs

摘要

Light diffusive layers, including spherical particles dispersing in adhesive for light scattering in the reflective type LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), are designed by applying a computer simulation based on Mie theory to control light scattering and back scattering. The pseudo reflective type LCD simulation clarifies that the light diffusive layer has good properties to control light scattering, back scattering and depolarizability.
