This layer is formed by deposition or bombardment, including: (a) Ag as the main component; (b) 0.1% to 3% by weight as the first element, such as Au, PD and Ru; and (c) 0.1% to 3% by weight as the second element, such as Cu, Ti, Cr, Ta, Mo, Ni, Nb, Au, PD and Ru, but different from (b). The first layer consists of a resin or glass substrate, as well as this layer. The second layer includes a bottom plate; a negative film, which is composed of at least Zn2, SiO2, TiO2, Ta2O5, ZrO2, In2O3, snow, N2O5 or MgO placed on the bottom plate; a reflective layer; and a covering layer, which includes the In2O3 as the main component and at least SnO2, N2O, SiO2, MgO and Ta2O5.On the reflective layer
