Where the layer is formed by deposition or bombardment, and comprises: (a) AG as the main component; (b) 0.1% to 3% by weight of a first element such as au, PD and RU; and, (c) 0.1 to 3% by weight of a second element such as cu, ti, ta, CR, MO, NB, ni, al, au, PD and RU, being different from (b).
