Study on the Sensitivity Experiment of FREMP to Single-Chip Computer System

摘要

In this paper, sensitivity experiments of a single-chip computer system are done under FREMP radiation. The results show that phenomena such as "computer death", repeated startup, interruption error and communication error etc. can occur when FREMP radiates on the single-chip computer system and the reasons for every phenomenon are also analyzed in the paper, which will be very significant to further study the electromagnetic protection measures of the single-chip computer system.
