摘要

In theories of communication, navigation, radio and hydrolocations, in systems of synchronization and management it is required to receive estimations of time-and-frequency parameters, therefore necessary to measure frequency, the period or a phase of signals in noise. Thus, accuracy and a noise immunity of work of all system depends on efficiency of used algorithms at processing signals and achievable minimization of errors of an estimation of time-and-frequency parameters. The estimations received on the basis of a method of a maximum of function of plausibility are theoretically potential, but their realization results in complex, multichannel devices. Therefore, in practice the wide circulation was received with the devices using simplified algorithms of work which increase of efficiency makes the basic object of research, at estimations of time-and-frequency parameters of signals.
