Performance assessment modeling of high level nuclear wasterofms from the pyroporcess fuel cycle

Several performance assessment (PA) analyses have been completed to estimate the release to the accessible environment of radionuclides frm spent light water reactor (LWR) fuel emplaced in the proposed Yucca Mountain repository~(1-3). Probabistic methods were utilized based on the complexity of the repository system.
