Studying on the Key Factors of Enterprise Informatization Success in Hangzhou and Zhejiang

Enterprise Informatization is an important part of the development of national economy and our production, but until now the number of firms in our country which succeed in enterprise informatiztion is still very small. Though many scholars have done a lot of researches on the questions, they use qualitative and quantitive analysis and try to find the key factors and relativities which influence the effect of enterprise informatization, there is still no mature theory to make sure the key factors of enterprise informatization success in our country. There is a lag about the studying on the key factors of the information system in our country. By conferring domestic and abroad documents and data, and realizing enterprise informatization construction in our country, the paper puts forward 14 primary factors that may influence enterprise informatization construction of our country. According to the rough set theories, the paper uses the relation-analytical method to deal with the data of the enterprise informatization. This method does not need to carry on the judgment of relativity, identification and examination of the mode. Studying on 76 survey cases in Hangzhou and 153 enterprises in Zhejiang province, the paper sets up enterprise information-based knowledge system, then confirms the credit degree of enterprise information-based effect to each factor and simplifies the factors of enterprise informatization. And then the paper elicits key factors that may impact information systems performance of the firms in Hangzhou city and in Zhejiang province,and researches on the relationship between the factors and the effect of enterprise informatization, and determines key factors and weight coefficient of the informatization data in Hangzhou and in Zhejiang province. At last, the paper takes a criterion of relations between the key factors and the success of enterprise informatization.
