PURPOSE: A system for diagnosing oversea studying is provided to implement successful oversea studying by performing consulting for oversea studying according to each student.;CONSTITUTION: A first client(100) sets up a first averaged specimen value by using plural first input values, and classifies the first difference values according to each oversea studying factors of a diagnosis sheet for oversea studying. The first difference values are the values from the comparison of the second input values with the first sample values, wherein the second input values are generated from the answers marked on the oversea studying sheet.
