摘要

We report on the evaluation of coherent scattering domain sizes, microstrains, microstresses, and average density of dislocations in CZTS films deposited by pulsed spray pyrolysis technique by atomizing different volumes of initial solution. CZTS films deposited at V= 5 ml are suitable for application in 3rd generation thin-film solar cells.
