Changing Paradigms for Ergonomics and Safety Educational Technology in Estonia

摘要

The main purpose of this paper is to sketch a new approach to the design and management of learning environment in ergonomics and safety education. The approach draws on the intellectual resources, concepts, research findings, etc of cognitive science, the psychology of student learning, and educational technology in formulating this new approach.
