High temperature composite powder formula and chemical reactions for combustible & expendable charge tube are studied in this paper, and comparing tests are supplied for every part of composite powder to analyze their influences.Meanwhile performance testing equipment and methods are developed, surface simulation tests and field applications are also executed. Above work indicates that composite powder design is reasonable, high temperature mechanical strength can be supplied to perforate under down-hole high temperature. This new tube can be combusted stably and expended entirely, perforation string can be safely used. All results meet the requirements of perforation specification.
