摘要

This paper presents an analytical study on bolted in a T-Stub, subjected to static loading. Thesernassemblies are tested for modeling the tensile part of an assembly of the type beam-column bolted with endrnplate extended. The originality of this work is the study of the influence of the second row of bolts, which is notrntreated in the literature. This configuration is commonly found in different countries of Europe and in particularrnGermany, where this configuration is standardized. The analogy between the tensile zone in an assembly andrna T-Stub based on the Eurocode3 Part 1.8 has enabled to establish a simple mathematical formulation for therndetermination of the main characteristics, such as strength and stiffness, in order to put in evidence the influencernof each parameter. In this study the thickness of the plate (flange of T-Stub) is the main parameter, as well asrnthe number of bolts rows and the effect of the lever’s force. The obtained results allow to proof the value ofrnhaving another bolts rows and the role of the thickness of the plate, on the failure’s modes that can occur duringrnthe application of the load to the state limit ultimate. A comparison is made between the experimental results,rnanalytical results and results from the literature.
