Effectiveness of educational process in high school (ninth grade) by the application of educational technologies in physical education lessons with motor abilities themes

Improving physical education class is a primary goal of any teacher, always looking for those ways, means and forms of organization to attract the student, to motivate him, but at the same time and to enhance his performance. Thus, the main purpose of this study was effective physical education lesson, with themes of motor abilities by selecting and applying educational technologies that provide a good return and establish incentive assessment tools from which students have the right to choose, hi planning thematic cycles and selection of teaching strategies for motor abilities development, we took into account their age and developmental level. This paper describes the application of educational technologies in educational process of teaching physical education, and stresses the importance of diversification of educational technology in improving the lessons and attracting students to make exercise and achieving performance.
