A Multi-level Model to Measuring Knowledge Achievement of Local Residents –Survey from Honghe County in Yunnan Province

Based on the survey data about the scientific quality of the citizens of Honghe state in 2008, we implied multi-level model to analyze the impact of factors of civic scientific quality of the Honghe state, The results showed that the individual variables had a significant influence to scientific quality in the state of Honghe Besides, there was an obvious regional differences. The conclusion: both of the individual factors variables and the scene variable had significant effects on the scientific quality of the citizens, and although there was an obvious regional difference in the scientific quality, the personal factors were major factors affected the scientific quality of citizens.
