摘要

It is shown that the pulse electron-beam actions on the surface of the samples of TiNi with the molybdenum coatings lead to a change of the structural-phase conditions in the subsurface volumes,to mixing of the alloying element from the material of coating with the material of the substrate (TiNi) or partial retention of single-component outer layer from molybdenum on this substrate.It is revealed that with the energy density in the electron-beam E_1=30 J/cm2 on the surface of TiNi is formed the layer with the increased lattice parameters of the B2 phase. An increase in lattice parameters of the B2 phase indicates that in the surface layer have been shaped alloyed by molyb denum TiNi alloy.However,the internal volumes of TiNi do not undergo substantial changes.With the energy density in the electron beam E2=15 J/cm2 molybdenum partially is dissolved in the surface layer of TiNi,which leads to a change in the parameters of the thin atomic structure of phase bcc-Mo coating and B2- phase on the TiNi-alloys.
