Understanding of ISM code

摘要

As you note the ISM which has entered into force from 1st July 1998 as per ship type, this Code has to be applied to all companies managing ships and ships 500 G/T and over engaging in international voyage. Many peoples are expecting good result from ISM Code and some peoples does not expect many things from it. However up to now ISM Code seems to be a good scheme to prevent sea casualty and marine pollution. Therefore taking this opportunity I would address my views on it under the title of "Understanding of ISM Code".
