Study on Processes of Producing Rapid Metal Dies

Rapid Metal Die Manufacturing, a new die-making technology resulted from the application of RPM to rpducing dies, has attacted much attention. THis paper is focused on the technique of conversign rapid prototypes to metal dies. Depending on different Metal Dies, different precision casting processes have been used.
