Regeneration Energy is the future energy for human kind. Under the constraints of energy resources and environment capacity, exerting efforts in energy regeneration is our national essential strategic choice. Among the new types of energy resources, wind power industry shows the most promising scalability and has become the indispensable solution to energy scarce problem worldwide. Wind power generation is no longer one of the complimentary energy resources. Instead, it has become a mature technology with great commercial potential and represents a sunrise industry. Also, wind power is the most important alternative energy for the future. At present, the wind power generation industry in China is developing at unimaginable high speed. On the one hand, this provides great marketing opportunities; on the other hand, it is suffered from scarce human resource and weak technology support. Especially, the lack of well-trained wind power specialists in areas of design and maintenance has become the bottleneck of developing wind power resource. Therefore, the imminent issues of accelerating the development of wind power industry are establishing and reinforcing the training system and culturing base of scientific and technologic talents, then forming a well-being long-term training mechanism to satisfy the increasing need from the domestic wind power industry.
