Spin quantum beats in quantum wells

摘要

We report on spin quantum beasts in the time resolved photoluminescence of quantum wells under magnetic field. We elucidate the conditions for the observation of either electron or exciton quantum beats in Voigt configuration. This leads to precise measurements of the exciton exchange energy toegher with the electron effective Lande factor. SThe anisotropy of the later is determined.
