Study on Technological Capability Upgrading in Different Innovation Mode--Case Study of Dongfang Turbine Co., LTD

摘要

With the case study for Dongfang Turbine Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called DTC),this paper discusses the process of China equipment manufacturers in their upgrading technological capability and in upgrading the global competitiveness with all kinds of innovation modes. The conceptual model is put forward and it is pointed out that the conversion of technical innovation mode and the upgrading of technological ability is an interactive process. This process is described in detail based on the development of the industry.
