摘要

The mooring system of SPAR platform is critical, while the cable tension plays a very important role at the design of mooting system.It takes some classic SPAR for example which worked in Nanhai.The SPAR motion equation is set up and the cable tension is studied by using AQWA software.The numerical simulation of platform motions and cable tension is processed from the following three aspects: different wave-current angles,different layout of mooring lines and when one cable is broken.Some useful conclusions are obtained by the analysis of the results, and it may provide some reference for the design of mooring system.
