Pulmonary cryotococcosis is an important systemic mycosis. that results from inhalation of Crytococcus neoformans. Pulmonary cryptococcosis is diagnosed by the mycological and histopathological examination of the transbronchial lung biopsy. Serological test of the detection of cryptococcal capsular antigen is very useful test for the diagnosis of pulmonary crytococcosis. In our study, we investigated the clinical records of 65 cases of pulmonary cryptococcosis negative for HIV infection.
