摘要

A three-dimensional active vibration control system on the basis of mechanical vibration theory, control theory and photoelectric displacement detection technique is presented in the article, which adopts position sensitive detector as detective components. System mathematical model is established and simulation result is given. Study suggests that the introduction of PSD (Position Sensitive Detector) effectively avoids integration problem brought by traditional acceleration sensor, greatly improves detection precision, and simplifies the signal processing circuit and mechanical structure design.
