NEW THIN FILM HEATING ELEMENTS FOR RAPID, EVEN HEATING OF LARGE SURFACE AREAS

摘要

Working in conjunction with NASA and aircraft manufacturers, EGC Enterprises, Inc. has developed unique thermoelectric thin-film heater technology, to solve the in-flight icing problem for small aircraft. This paper will focus on the principles and capabilities of the technology, and its use to improve the efficiency and reduce the time required to heat large and irregularly shaped surfaces for various non-flight industrial applications.
