Microwave Distributed Amplifier with Cascade and Parallel Structure

摘要

Based on the analyses and comparisons of parallel and cascade distributed amplifiers, effects of FET and peripheral circuit parameters on amplifier gain are obtained by means of the analysis of these gain function. A new type amplifier, which is composed of parallel and cascade structures, is presented here. Compared with traditional distributed amplifiers, the new structure shows its higher gain and broader bandwidth.
