Discuss on tourist satisfaction of confucious temple in Tainan by Kano and IPA model

摘要

The aim of this paper is to use Kano model to discuss the quality of service perceived by tourists and to understand their actual needs. This paper takes the Confucius Temple as our discussion subject, to improve the quality of service in term of its spatial planning. In order to enhance tourism value and its quality of service, in this paper we try to analyzed mainly three parts including Space Facility, Landscape, and Information. We also used Kano model and IPA model to analyze all data. The final result of the data will also give to Confucius Temple as the basis of improvements.
