Improve the accuracy of dialogue satisfaction and speech satisfaction.The learning data storage section (10) stores the learning data consisting of an interactive voice containing a plurality of utterances, a correct answer value for the dialogue satisfaction, and a correct value of speech satisfaction for each utterance included in the dialogue.The model learning part (13) uses the feature level for each utterance, and the speech satisfaction satisfaction for each utterance. We study the satisfaction estimation model which combines the dialogue satisfaction estimation model part which estimates the dialogue satisfaction as a force.
