The present invention improves the estimation accuracy of dialogue satisfaction and utterance satisfaction. A learning data storage unit (10) stores learning data comprising: dialogue audio containing a dialogue comprising a plurality of utterances; a correctness value of dialogue satisfaction in respect to the dialogue; and a correctness value of utterance satisfaction in respect to the utterances included in the dialogue. A model learning unit (13) uses the dialogue satisfaction correctness value, the utterance satisfaction correctness value, and a feature amount for each utterance extracted from the dialogue audio to learn a satisfaction estimation model in which the following are linked: an utterance satisfaction estimation model portion for estimating the utterance satisfaction of each utterance using, as input, the feature amount of each utterance; and a dialogue satisfaction estimation model portion for estimating the dialogue satisfaction using, as input, at least the utterance satisfaction of each utterance.
