An Analysis on the Industry-University-Research Innovation Network

Under the background of knowledge economy, innovation is being changed from a linear process to a networking one gradually. As a result, developed countries have established Industry-University-Research (IUR) network system one after another. The trend of IUR cooperation network requires modern managerial ideas to accelerate innovation. Here, this essay gives three suggestions as follows: to promote the network of participant companies in IUR cooperation, to lay stress on the role of venture capital and to focus on the formation of knowledge-sharing platform in IUR innovation network.
