PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an analyzer suitable for analysis of an innovation process is not suggested.;SOLUTION: A certain patent publication text is described as context (one problem solution scenario) consisting of a technical issue, solution, and elements of an operation and an effect at a certain point of time.
