摘要

This paper presents a new functional memory with arnhigh-speed flexible data search capability. In addition tornthe conventional function of the exact-match data search,rnthe proposed memory is capable of retrieving the addressrnof stored data within a given Hamming-distance from anrninput data. By using the proposed dynamic thresholdrnlogic circuit, a single cycle search operation is achieved.rnThe proposed memory macro has been fabricated usingrna 0.35-μm CMOS technology to verify its feasibility andrnfunctionality. The measured results show that the proposedrnmemory operates correctly.
