The managers' compensation of our country's state-owned enterprises is frequently criticized at the present time, it is worth of our serious consideration and discussion that their high salaries are ought to be paid because of the real value they created to shareholders, or as an additional remuneration by virtue of their actual control and a monopoly of their enterprise. In this article, we use the state-owned listed companies in 2008 as the research object and talk about the management problems of the managers ' compensation of state-owned enterprises by correlation analysis and other methods, finally we propose solutions accordingly.
