摘要

Teacher resource is the core elements of the development of vocational colleges.The current management and performance evaluation of teacher resources in higher vocational colleges face many problems, such as incomplete indicators, difficultly presented data, backward methods, non-diversified target and so on.Therefore, the study is committed to the development of teacher resources management and performance evaluation system through the use of multi-indicator system and advanced techniques.The system can show the real-time dynamic working status and effectiveness of teachers, form continuous monitoring and incentive mechanisms in the construction of teachers, and achieve diverse and informational management and performance evaluation system of teachers, so that it will full play the advantages of the overall teacher resources.
机译:教师资源是高职院校发展的核心要素。目前高职高专院校教师资源的管理和绩效考核面临指标不完备,数据难以呈现,方法落后,目标多元化等问题。因此,本研究致力于通过使用多指标系统和先进技术来发展教师资源管理和绩效评估系统,该系统可以实时显示教师的动态工作状态和有效性,形成持续的监控和激励机制。机制建设,实现多元化,信息化的教师管理和绩效考核体系,充分发挥教师整体资源优势。
