Study on Waterway Traffic Risk Assessment and Countermeasure in Guangxi Province

摘要

Scientific and objective evaluation of waterway traffic safety plays an important role in risk prevention and control.An international advanced concept of PSR (Pressure-State-Response) model is introduced in this paper.What's more, the waterway traffic safety risk assessment system in Guangxi area is constructed.Four regions (C, Y, O and R) are evaluated and finally a waterway traffic safety IRAC risk prevention and control system is established.
