Enterprise Crisis Management Capacity Evaluation Based on BSC and AHP

摘要

Crisis management capacity has been an important indicator to measure enterprise's competitive power, and the evaluation on crisis management has been an important topic of research in China. This paper combines Balanced Score Card(BSC) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) together, and structures an enterprise crisis management capacity evaluation model. This model makes up the lack of present models, which give evaluations only from financial perspective.Besides, it realizes the combination of quantitative assessment and qualitative assessment on enterprise crisis management capacity.
