A Study on Risk Management of Design Institute Project General Contract

摘要

It is a trend of project general contract to choose design unit as the leading. This paper mainly focuses on risk identification and evaluation by the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and failure mode and consequences analysis. Then it comes the result that climate element, time delay, being lack of management and payment delay are significant factors in the whole item.And at last, this paper puts forward risk controlling measures according to risk classification and level and features of design unit, which provides basis for risk management.
