摘要

For the problem of poor repeatability of cylinder head vibration acceleration signal in dresel engine fault diagnosis, a method to get vibration velocity signal by digital integration of cylinder head vibration acceleration signal is proposed. The error accumulation in numeric integration will result in serious distortion of waveform. The paper uses a multiple moving average method to eliminate the irregular trend to gain the correct vibration velocity waveform. The impact of the sampling frequency on digital integration is analyzed. Through comparison between the acceleration signal and velocity signal waveform in the section of the outbreak, it shows the velocity signal has good repeatability and advantages and feature will be easy to extract.
