摘要

Because of complicated figuration and structure,unreasonable die design and determination of the process parameters and material selection will probably result in forming defects,such as cracks,wrinkling,unstretchness,springback and so on during the sheet metal stamping process. In this study,the stamping process of automobile back door was analyzed through PAM-STAMP software,and the dangerous forming areas were predicted. On the basis of simulated results,the optimal craft parameters and the appropriate blank shape were obtained. It can provide an important reference and instruction in actual crafts design and material selection correctly for automobile covers.
