Joint Operation Logistics Transformation and Training

In order to better serve the testing and training community through modeling and simulation of joint operation scenarios, Joint Operation Logistics Transformation and Training (JOLTT) offers a low threat but highly realistic capability for testing and analysis of joint warfighting. JOLTT offers users the ability to transform and preserve US joint tactical procedures along with advancing engineering to better support an ever changing environment. JOLTT users can quickly determine military forces based on capability through the use of official data repositories. This provides the ability to rapidly assess the feasibility of transportation deployment to the area of operations, determine sustainment to form an initial quick-look operation plan, and perform a more detailed force flow analysis. Further, JOLTT can provide the capability to accept live feeds within a virtual environment, assess war-altering capabilities, and adapt its response to disruptive events to improve operational readiness. The ability to simulate missions offers the user rapid situational awareness, preparedness, and effectiveness. The overall concept consists of creating a joint synthetic environment allowing rapid scenario generation for various theaters of operation.
