Combined with practical examples of the construction site conflict between two tenders, introduced the fuzzy game to the resolution of mountain highway construction site conflict, this paper researches about the importance of the resolution and how to solve the conflict in the game of both sides' interests. It provides quantitative references for the scientific decision-making of the construction management units.
