Study on the Development of Housing Industrial Cluster

With the housing construction investment being increased year by year, housing consumption market has also become increasingly active. Housing industry has become an important industry in our national economy. But on the whole, compared with developed countries and regions, there are still great differences in our housing market in terms of competitiveness. Applying industrial cluster theory can analyse the problems existed in housing industry and the feasibility to develop housing industry cluster in our country. Then some ideas and relevant measures in developing housing industry cluster have been put forward.
